When you get the opportunity to build in valuable landscape areas, it can seem as if the urban development rules are too restrictive to achieve surprising results.

But in our experience it is within those limitations that great satisfaction can be achieved as a designer.

The restrictions oblige us to respect the existing volume and gave us the chance to think of construction details that respond to the original DNA of the existing home, without lapsing into nostalgia.
