Our client did not hesitate for one second to work on a house where the previous occupant had twice set fire to the house...

Instead of erasing this recent history, we chose to make the dark page part of the new story being written.

By adding two additional steel beams, the burnt wooden beams were able to continue their task as a load-bearing floor.
