This 19th century working-class house had no outdoor space at the back ... but who cares if both the sun and the bustling city life are at the front...

The relationship with the water is maximized with a roof terrace and a dining area on the first floor. When the floor-to-ceiling windows slide away behind the facade, the entire house transforms into a sun-drenched loggia on the waterfront.
